90:90:90 principle of motivated and successful life

During , listening of many good speeches and motivational lectures , recently , I heard a very practical tip of motivated life . Young generation can follow it .

What you do in first 90 minutes after waking up  decides 90% of your day . More over , if you continue this for 90 days , it becomes your habit .Your mind accepts it so naturally , that no one can stops you from doing that . How Nice !!

Take a example of exercise , meditation , study , reading , music or any project .... If you spend atleast an hour and half from say 6 .00 am to 7.30 am , it will set a tone of you mind for a whole day . Positivity , energy , fresh views ... on all these fronts ... we feel ourselves very happy .

Success of life is to enhance all quotients  - physical , intellectual , spiritual and social .

Shift in behavioral interview approach from HR .

In last couple of years , I have observed new shift in HR interview for Gen Z .

They observe 6 qualities through different set of questions .

Parameter 1   -  Accountability -Take Ownership .

Q  -  Describe a time when you made a mistake and were forced to handle the consequences .What did you do ? What was the out come ? What did you learn ?

Parameter 2  - Meritocracy - Deliver proactive services and bring innovation .

Q  - Provide an example where you were working on a team and those involved were not all " pulling together " to achieve a shared goal .What did you do ? What was the outcome ?

Parameter 3  -  Stakeholder Management  - Balance stakeholder views and interests .

Q - Please provide an example of a time you received a request that posed a real challenge ? What did you do in order to satisfy the request ?

Parameter 4  - Partner - Be a partner and team player .

Q - Describe the role you usually take when working as part of a team .What impact do you feel you make ?

Parameter 5  -  Client Focus - Be a principled  partner top our clients .

Q  -  How have you handled a situation in the past where the direction of your project or task changed at the last minute ?

Parameter 6  -  Transparency - Foster and encourage open dialogue .

Describe a time when you did something wrong / made a mistake and no one noticed .

How did you feel about it ? What did you do and why ?


Student community should take a note of this and understand that HR interviews are not only for accessing  the communication skill but also to understand your personality , thought process and capability to face life challenges .
